VNA
of SW FL is a community based, Medicare certified Home Health Care Agency. The VNA is a non-profit organization governed by an all-voluntary board of directors.
The VNA is a full service home health care agency utilizing state of the art technology and highly skilled professionals. Our services include but are not limited to disease management such as cardiac and diabetes care, wound care, patient teaching and home health aide services. In addition we also provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Respiratory Services as well as evaluations by our Social Worker.
VNA of SW FL not only provides home health services, we are also fighting the spread of influenza in the community through our Influenza Vaccine Program.
