for hospitalized patients is also a part of his practice; he is on staff at Lee
Memorial Hospital and Health Park Medical Center. For the last 2 years he has served
as Section Chief of Primary Care Medicine and as a member of the hospital’s
Credentials and Quality and Standards committees.
He is board certified in Family Medicine. His practice consists primarily of adult
outpatient medicine, although he also treats adolescents and a limited number of

Dr. Burdzy was born in Denville, NJ and was raised in Holland Twp, Hunterdon County, NJ where his parents still live. In 2001, he married Gwen and they now have 2 children
Nathanael, age 2, and Hannah, who will soon celebrate her first birthday. Outside of
medicine, he is an avid reader and (usually) enjoys doing yard work and caring for
his Labrador Sampson. He would like to be a champion fisherman, but has to settle
for a few fishing trips yearly as his practice and family consume most of his
time.
