Telemedicine is an in-home monitoring system designed for the management of patients with:
Heart Failure • Hypertension • Heart Disease • Diabetes • Post Cardiac Surgery
Telemedicine utilizes Blue Tooth Technology along with the patient’s standard phone line to transmit vital clinical data to a secure HIPAA server. The information is remotely accessed via Internet connection by VNA and used to make objective, clinically sound decisions regarding the patient’s care. Research supports findings that show the many patient, physician and hospital benefits.

Fall Alarms - VNA's Personal Response System
VNA is now offering VNA Personal Response Systems services featuring Philips Lifeline equipment. Philips Lifeline provides peace of mind and security to over 470,000 subscribers throughout the United States and Canada.
Providing a state-of-the-art monitoring facility, monitoring services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days per year, 365 days per year. The monitoring team is made up of specially trained, multi-lingual personnel that will monitor your VNA Personal Response Systems communicator in a timely and courteous manner.
It is the mission of VNA Personal Response Systems to assist you or a loved one in living independently in your own home with the reassurance of knowing help is just a press of a button away. Your safety and security is our primary concern and we will strive to be worthy of your trust.
OUR PRICES
Enrollment Fee: $55This is a one-time fee and services are month to month. You can terminate services at any time without penalty.
Basic Monthly Fee: $37
Standard Communicator (6900) and standard help button worn on wrist band or pendant.
Optional- Auto Alert Personal Help Button: Additional $13/monthly
The Auto Alert is a help button that is enhanced and can detect falls.
This option is crucial if there is concern about loss of consciousness
as the pendant will automatically call for help when a fall is detected.
Accessory- Voice Extension: Additional $10/monthly
This option is key for large homes or multi-story homes to ensure that communication can take place between the client and the response center even if the client is away from the main communicator.
Cordless Phone Communicator Monthly Fee: $47
This option is wonderful for clients who can also benefit from a telephone with large, easy-to-press numbers. This cordless unit functions exactly the same way as the basic communicator but also works as a telephone.
Accessory- Extra Handset & Charger: Additional $5/monthly

BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
VNA collects the enrollment fee and first month’s service at the time of installation and will bill monthly for the service month that follows. VNA accepts VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover for your convenience.
