VNA of SW FL is a community based, Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited, Home Health Care Agency located in the heart of Southwest Florida.
Following the tradition of the very first visiting nurses in the 1800s, VNA of SW Florida is a non-profit agency governed by a local, volunteer board of directors with a community-oriented mission. VNA is a full service home health care agency, utilizing state of the art technology and highly skilled professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

Diabetes Care & Education
Wound Care including VAC Therapy
Cardiac Care
Pre and Post Surgical Care
Home Health Aide Services
In addition we also provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Respiratory Services as well as evaluations by our Social Worker.
VNA of SW FL not only provides home health services, we are also fighting the spread of vaccine-preventable illnesses and promoting wellness with our Special Programs which includes a full-service immunization department.
